What exactly is a microlearning?

One practical topic, covered in a handful of short video modules at about five minutes each. Each is built by AREA around a situation Alberta REALTORS® run into — what it is, how it works, and what to ask next.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Microlearnings are included with your AREA membership.

Do the microlearnings carry CE credit?

No. Microlearnings are a library of practical refreshers, not accredited continuing education. They are built to keep occasional situations familiar, not to satisfy licensing requirements.

How current is the content?

The catalogue is maintained by AREA and grows by one new microlearning every week, chosen around what members are dealing with right now.

Do I need to enrol or track anything?

No. There is no enrolment, no progress requirement and no completion record to manage. Watch what is useful, when it is useful.

Have a situation worth covering?

Microlearning topics come from what members run into. If a file raised something you could not find here, tell us — the most-asked topics become the next microlearnings.
