Each month, area learn provides specialized information on various topics that will give you the tools to excel in your studies, exams, or real estate career. 

Join us for this instructor-led study session where we’ll tackle the tough parts of your Commercial Real Estate Course especially those tricky formulas and concepts. Be sure to bring your study notes and any questions you have—our tutors and subject experts are here to help.

This session will be led by Sam, who’s got tons of experience in real estate. With a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, he’s worked in residential real estate, managed properties for a big commercial firm, and now specializes in commercial real estate research and consulting.
